I thoroughly enjoyed Audrey’s Peppa Sauce. I ordered mild sauce as a first time and decided to pair it with fried red snapper. The peppa sauce was the perfect complement for the red snapper and it added a layer of natural flavor that made my meal perfect. This sauce is a home run, I’ll order again when this bottle is done.
Good morning, Audrey!
As promised, I wanted to send you a quick review of the PEPPA SAUCES I’ve tried.
In July, my wife bought me the Medium PEPPA SAUCE at the Rail and Roots Farmers Market in Hampton. A little background: I LOVE spicy food. I didn’t grow up eating it, my family is originally from the Midwest, so our seasoning repertoire was pretty much salt, pepper, and the occasional garlic or Italian seasoning. 😂
In my early 20s, though, I branched out and eventually became the guy putting Carolina Reaper and Scorpion pepper sauce on pancakes, eggs, grits, subs…pretty much anything that didn’t run away from me.
After moving away from the area for a while, my tolerance took a hit. So when I tried your Medium in July, let’s just say my face started sweating below my eyes. No, I wasn’t crying. 😂 It was just that spicy for me, so I had to put it on the shelf for a bit.
Fast-forward to two days ago. We’re back at the Hampton Farmers Market, and there you are sharing your mother's Guyanese recipe. I’m pretty sure God told me to stop by and get something a little less spicy, so I grabbed the Mild.
